• Prices, availability, fees, unit details, floor areas and turnover dates are indicative and can change without notice, including while your enquiry is in progress.
• Property details and photographs are supplied by owners and developers. We take care in publishing them, but we cannot warrant that every detail is complete or current.
• Listings may remain visible for a short period after a property is reserved, rented or sold.

Fees, commissions, deposits, reservation amounts and their refundability are set out in those documents and in the developer’s or owner’s own terms.

Governing law and disputes
